Returns will be accepted in the original packaging for 30 days – no questions asked, and you’ll be entitled to a credit or refund – your choice.

Methods of PaymentDeBald accepts Visa, Master Card®, Discover® and American Express®. We will keep your credit card on file and automatically bill your card for each order you place.
We also can accept Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments over the phone. These payments are debited immediately from your designated business checking account. To set up ACH payment, contact Customer Service at 866-522-1238. They will assist you in completing a short form that asks for your bank name and address, routing number, and your account number.

Returned checks will be submitted automatically to your bank a second time. Returned checks are assessed a $25.00 fee.
