Sales Representative


This entry-level position for outside sales offers the opportunity to learn what it takes to start up a business and to quickly excel at a career in sales. DeBald Sales Representatives are expected and challenged to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment. Their focus is on acquisition and growth of their business within DeBald’s infrastructure.

Candidates at this level pursue consultative selling to assist purchasing agents, corporate buyers and office administration. Senior Account Representative

The Senior Account Representative position is one that is earned—not applied for. Established DeBald staff who display a superior ability to manage and grow their business advance to this level within the company. Representatives at this level understand all of the benefits of DeBald’s tools, technology and services, and have developed the ability to identify which solution to sell to each specific account. Considered a senior sales position, the SAR is responsible not only for individual production but also, in many cases, for team goals. This can mean acting as a team leader while assisting management in development and field training.
