Creating a New Login
To begin using our internet ordering system, you will need to create a new customer login. Go to the “Member Login” button on the Home Page. After completing the profile information and creating a password, you can set up your own personal shopping list and place orders at your convenience.
Alternatively, you can register directly with DeBald Business Products by calling Customer Service at 866-522-1238. If you are already a customer, ask us about setting up your custom pricing and contracts online. If you don’t currently have an account with us, please feel free to call during regular business hours so we can set you up with additional online discounts and savings.
Updating Account Information
We appreciate you keeping your account information up to date to ensure that the ordering and delivery process always runs smoothly. Using the password you created as administrator of your account, you can change information, including adding a new user or removing another, by going to “My Account.” Log in and select “Manage Account.” Complete changes as needed.
Your Privacy Counts
We collect information from you in order to service your account quickly and effectively. We appreciate your trust in us. DeBald fully complies with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) guidelines for consumer privacy and will only use your personal information for in-house processing.
Your email address is kept hidden from nonregistered users, and we will not sell or rent your email address to any organization. Your buying history is not available to anyone but our site operators and members of your organization.

Our terms are net 30 days. We also accept Visa, Master Card®, American Express® and Discover®.

Invoice Copies
We are happy to provide you with copies of invoices from past orders. Call Customer Service at 866-522-1238, or email customerservice@debald.com.
Tax Exemption
Kindly fax your tax exempt certificate to Customer Service at 330-746-4114 or 216-524-8211, or email a scanned copy or PDF file of your certificate to customerservice@debald.com. If you were charged sales tax on a previous order, Customer Service will issue a credit to you after receiving your certificate. For further information, call Customer Service at 866-522-1238.
DELIVERY AND ORDER INFORMATION
Next Day Delivery
Most supply orders placed by 5:00 P.M. EST will be delivered the next business day. Items not immediately available in our warehouse or from our technological partners, such as furniture and special orders, may not be available for next day delivery. Call Customer Service at 866-522-1238 for further information if needed.
Holidays
Deliveries are not made on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving (Day After), Christmas Day. If you place an order on a holiday, it will be delivered two days after the receipt of your order.
Change/Cancel an Order
Orders are transmitted to our warehouse throughout the day. If you need to make a change, call Customer Service for assistance. We will make every effort to accommodate your change if the order has not already been processed at the warehouse level.
Missing Item
If your shipment is missing an item, your packing slip may indicate that it was temporarily out-of-stock. In that instance, please rest assured that every effort is being made to obtain that item from another warehouse for second-day delivery to you. We will contact you if the out-of-stock is due to manufacturer delays and suggest alternatives that may be available sooner. Give us a call at Customer Service if you have any questions or concerns about your delivery.

We reserve the right limit quantities on any order. Verification of customer information may be required prior to acceptance of any order. DeBald reserves the right to do business with, or to refrain from doing business with, any entity or individual. If DeBald accepts your order, you agree to pay the full, stated price, including any applicable shipping charges and sales tax that appears as the “Total” on our checkout page. If after submitting your order, you request any additional service, such as inside delivery or setup, you agree to pay the quoted fees for these services.
